Every event is shaped by who is in the room. Whether guests are curious beginners or seasoned collectors, they leave knowing more, tasting better and wanting another glass.

  • Ticketed tastings open to anyone who loves wine, or wants to. Each one is built around a theme, a region or a style, and hosted at venues in London and beyond. Follow @cultivarwines or get in touch to hear about upcoming dates.

  • A tasting shaped entirely around you and your guests, at home or at a venue of your choice. Perfect for birthdays, dinner parties, client entertaining and team evenings. It can be relaxed and social, or more structured with a little friendly competition thrown in.

  • Wine bars, producer dinners and collaborations with restaurants, shops and venues. If you have a space, an idea or an audience, let's create something worth raising a glass to.

  • Planning a trip to the Cape winelands? I can suggest producers, arrange visits and help shape an itinerary, drawing on the places I know first-hand.

Wine Education

Good wine knowledge makes every glass more enjoyable and every recommendation more confident. I design and deliver wine education for curious drinkers, hospitality teams and wine businesses, drawing on my WSET Diploma, WSET educator training and hands-on experience in vineyards and cellars.

Whatever you have in mind, from a one-off session to an ongoing programme, get in touch and we'll shape something that works for you.

  • Whether it’s preparing for a WSET exam or just expanding your knowledge, I can develop tailored training modules and short courses, from tasting basics to grape varieties, regions and how wine is made. Sessions are practical and pitched at the right level for the group.

  • I can review and improve your wine list so it suits your food, your guests and your margins. I am also happy to work with front-of-house and retail teams to taste with confidence, describe wines clearly and recommend the right bottle.

  • For producers presenting their wines in the UK, I can run tastings and education for buyers, distributors and consumers, helping your wines and their story land with the right audience.
